For now, I'm comfortable with giving Neillio's 4 creamy bowls of Red Bliss Potato Salad out of 5.If there's anything Creation tells us of God’s character, it's that He loves diversity: of colors, shapes, forms, and means of artistic expression. I may update this review, depending on how the rest of the menu tastes. ![]() Every single ingredient they serve is fresh and totally worth the price. If you happen to work or live in the Bedford area, definitely stop by this place. For if he hadn't mentioned this place to me in passing last week, I'd have probably not discovered it for another 40 years like one reviewer mentioned. ![]() Might try this amazing turkey I keep hearing about. ![]() Obviously, I'm going back to this place again (and again). Worst case, just use the Starbucks across the street as your landmark and you won't pass it. It was easily the most impressive execution of a pickup order I have ever seen! Btw, the parking lot is small and you might miss the entrance(s) if you blink. This all happened in the span of 45 seconds. In true introverted fashion, I mobile ordered my stuff, drove up to the place, saw my order waiting for me on the curbside shelf, picked it up, and popped smoke like the aversive ninja that I am. Oh, but lemme tell ya about the curbside pickup. Anyways, 8 out of 10 this is the freshest sandwich I've eaten all week. See, I have this thing where.I like my sandwich innards to be.flatter, I guess? Best way I could describe this sandwich is: a huge bulge of ham in the center, surrounded by various veggies and condiments. Again, if I could change one thing, it would be how they stack their meat. Gotta say.this one was pretty alright, too. I decided to go with something basic to gauge their, uh.sandwich making abilities. Neillio's has dozens of sandwiches to choose from. Other than that, it's an 8 out of 10 for me. So, I can't exactly fit a quarter of a red potato into my seemingly small mouth-hole. As in.bite sized? Look, I dunno about you, but I'm not a pelican. 2.) The potato bits could have been cut smaller. Two things I'd change though: 1.) Use more egg (or any at all). Which is brilliant, since red potatoes give a creamier texture than their russet counterparts. But Neillio's nails it! As the title suggests, they use red potatoes. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find actual GOOD potato salad in a restaurant? It usually comes out tasting like mayonnaise infused stoic potatoes with little else going on. The Red Bliss Potato Salad (which is a mouthful both literally and verbally) was probably the best damn thing I've ever tasted that was made in a restaurant. Basically, the lunch I just enjoyed was exquisite! Though, there are minor things I would change if I were king for a day. As brazen a claim for a title as this may seem, turns out.Neillio's kinda lives up to the name. And few other places utilize them in such a natural and healthy way as Neillio's Gourmet Kitchen. Thing I love about living in New England? We are stock choice for farm-fresh ingredients.
